We’re hunting for a dynamic Team Lead with a background in financial services, call centre supervision, or claims (think PPI or similar) to drive our talented team of Customer Account Managers to new heights. Who You Are
- A proven leader with experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager in a financial services call centre or claims management (PPI, tax rebates, or mis-sold finance experience is a big plus!).

- Target-driven, resilient, and organized with a knack for attention to detail.
- Passionate about hitting goals and building a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations? Even better, but not essential.
