4,311 ( 13,86 per hour). To carry out the role of housekeeper to a property in Rutland, responsible for delivering high quality standards and services ensuring property is ready for occupation at any time.
– To include general cleaning of property, including hoovering, dusting, emptying rubbish bins, cleaning internal and low level windows, mopping floors etc of all property.
– To carry out a cleaning service on rota/shift pattern to cover 6 hours in a week, however, may need to be flexible during times of occupation however will be able to claim overtime if additional hours required.
– To carry out weekly flushing of water outlets at property and monthly temperature taking of water outlets.
– Potential seasonal overtime also available on top of standard hours
Skills and Qualities
– Previous experience in a cleaning environment is desirable
– Comfortable working flexible days/hours
– Excellent time-keeping and interpersonal skills
– Good communication skills
– Ability to interact effectively and professionally towards clients
– To be considerate and aware of the working environment
– \”Can do\” attitude.
Other Comments
– Site is outside of Melton Mowbray, so it is essential to have access to transportation before applying
