Clearfield are partnering with a family run construction business who are seeking an organised administrator to join their team. Working in a busy office, the role will largely entail supporting the team with various tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly day to day. The role will suit someone who is very organised, confident taking incoming calls and who wants to work with a knowledgeable and friendly team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking incoming calls to the office and fielding to correct team member
  • Ensure office stationary and equipment is in stock and maintained
  • Printing health & safety reports
  • Printing tender packs
  • Supporting team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Other requirements include:

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Previous office administration experience would be preferred, although the willingness to learn and support is equally important.
