Must have:
- 3+ years in Pega as certified Lead System Architect / 6+ years as Senior System Architect
- Must be hands-on V7+ or above
- Extensive working experience on connectors, services, data pages, all declarative rules, agents, security rules, reporting, automated unit testing, etc.
- Working experience in PEGA UI
- Working experience in handling incidents and debugging tools
- Ability to work collaboratively within multiple cross-functional teams and multi-vendor to ensure project timelines are met
- Experience in CI/CD setup on PEGA platforms
- Good understanding of other infrastructural components like application server (Tomcat, WebSphere), databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL), load balancers, etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills to communicate with stakeholders
- Prior experience working in Scrum team and agile principles
Nice to have:
- Upgrade experience across different versions
- Experience in migrating PEGA On-Prem to Cloud and working on PEGA setup in cloud infrastructure
- Experience in Core Java, JavaScript and any testing automation tools
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with BA and business to understand, gather requirements and define solutions
- Provide technical expertise to other teams within the value stream
- Primarily working on story development defined and planned in a sprint meeting PEGA best practices
- Perform peer code review to ensure the quality of code being delivered meets the standards
- Work closely with the teams to ensure the stories are completed on time
- Monitor logs for each story being delivered and fix the exceptions
- Work closely with production support team to resolve incidents
- Be proactive in identifying and rectifying any existing tech debts
