We\’re seeking an Outbound Sales & Support Executive to take ownership of warm outbound calls and support B2B sales operations. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a positive and fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities * Make warm outbound calls to existing and prospective business customers to convert interest into sales. * Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently explain features and benefits. * Support B2B sales processes by preparing quotes for key accounts and customers transitioning from online to account managed. * Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, introducing new product lines and identifying upsell opportunities.
