Our client, a market leader in their industry, is currently expanding due to increased demand and is seeking 3 reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their team in Irlam, Salford. About the Role: Working 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights – 12-hour shifts) Manual, hands-on work in a busy production facility Supporting the smooth running of manufacturing processes Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following company procedures and quality standards Requirements: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks Able to commit to 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota Must provide at least 12 months of recent work history Able to provide a recent reference from a previous employer Pay Rates: £12.50 per hour increasing to to £12.93 when permanent after 12 weeks.
