We are working with a fantastic school in Oxford that is currently seeking a Teacher Assistant to join them ASAP on a full-time basis, helping to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for their students. The school supports young people aged 16-19 with mild learning disabilities and is committed to ensuring all students have the opportunity to thrive both academically and emotionally.
As a Teacher Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other education professionals to support students in reaching their full potential and building brighter futures.
Key Information - Teacher Assistant:- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Full-time, 08:30-15:00 (Term-time only)
- Pay: £85-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
- Location: Oxford
- Supporting students who need extra help with their coursework
- Facilitating a positive and engaging learning environment
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom displays
- Helping maintain a tidy and organised classroom space
- Encouraging students to stay motivated and do their best
