Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing) £70,000 Hainault, Greater London Mon-Fri, 08:00 – 17:00 We are working with a client that’s seeking a Quantity Surveyor, working on reactive maintenance projects via frameworks. Requirements: * NHF Schedule of Rates experience * MUST have previous experience within reactive maintenance projects * Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying is desirable Responsibilities: * Working alongside the existing commercial team on reactive maintenance social housing and refurbishment projects * Help develop the systems and process to allow greater volume of works to be managed * Promote the company ethos of working in an open, honest and transparent manner at all times * To understand, promote and implement as appropriate the company SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality) ethos and ensure all employees and subcontractors do the same. Being responsible for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are always upheld to the highest of standards
