You’ll lead end-to-end product design for our core web platform, creating a design-led experience that feels effortless, elegant, and trustworthy. This is not a facelift, it’s a ground-up design mission to reimagine a better Airbnb. You’ll own UX and UI across all key journeys: guest booking, host onboarding, calendars, listings, dashboards, trust loops, wallets, and more. This is a position with high autonomy, fast iteration, and direct collaboration with the founders and our dev team at Orbit Labs.
What You’ll Do
- Design clean, responsive interfaces for guest and host flows, from search to payout
- Create a scalable design system with Apple-tier polish and Web3-aware logic
- Define UX patterns that increase trust, speed, and conversion, without relying on reviews
- Design wallet-free, fiat-first booking experiences (crypto lives under the hood)
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure implementation matches design
- Help shape our product story through intuitive, explainable UI, no jargon
You’ll Need
- 3+ years of product/UX/UI design experience, ideally for consumer-facing platforms
- A portfolio that shows responsive, modern design for web apps or SaaS
- Mastery of Figma, design systems, and component-based workflows
- Experience designing across full customer journeys not just individual screens
- Strong communication and self-management skills we move fast and async
- The ability to work from raw wireframes and contribute to product logic and UX
Bonus Points For
- Experience with travel, marketplace, or fintech products
- Familiarity with wallet UX, trust signals, or smart contract interactions
