About us
As a company in the AssuredPartners group, PSP Insurance works with each client to customise personal insurance solutions specifically to fit their individual needs. There is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to coverage. We think the best working environment is one of mutual respect, care and understanding. We recognise our colleagues for their unique skills, we encourage learning and we embrace diversity.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and expand your career within the Insurance Industry. You will provide administrative support to an Account Executive and deal with clients on the phone and by e-mail, very often acting as the first point of contact. This role is perfect for you if you love customer service or sales. Relationship building with your clients will be the key to your success, and you will speak confidently to our clients and insurance partners on the phone and face to face. We encourage our team members to gain CII qualifications to help with their career development and we help them to achieve this by providing financial help for learning materials/courses and exams.
About you
You are proactive and able to use your own initiative to bring new ideas and enterprise to the team, with the ability to adapt to changes. You have great communication skills, and you work well within a team and the rest of your colleagues. You act with honesty and integrity, which is very important when working within a financially regulated industry. You have customer service experience, a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C to include English & Maths (or similar) and you are computer literate with experience of MS Office applications. Experience of the Acturis system would be beneficial. Youβre also willing to learn and to gain qualifications such as Cert CII.
We are happy to consider reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process due to a disability, health condition or other factor, and we will ask if there are any such requirements if you are invited to an interview.
