TeacherActive is excited to be working within a mainstream Primary School in Chesterfield. We are seeking an experienced and friendly Higher Level Teaching Assistant/ HLTA who has proven experience of working successfully with all key stages and on a 1-2-1 basis. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant/ HLTA will love working with and helping children in Key Stage 2 to achieve their goals and be highly motivated, with a can-do attitude.
The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant will have:
- Experience working with KS2/ Key Stage 2
- Level 4 Qualification
- Excellent classroom management
- Excellent behavioural management skills
- SEND Experience ideal, but not required
- Kind and patient nature with a positive mindset
