For our growing German business, we are seeking a German ‘Lending Graduate’ to join the team in London.

Your mission:

You will be one of the driving forces behind growing our lending portfolio in Germany. You will assess loans on their merits, make underwriting decisions as to whether applications proceed to offer, and assist in overseeing an existing loan portfolio. You will report directly into the Head of Germany.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence of a wide variety of businesses in Germany;
  • Analyse key items such as financial accounts, property valuations, credit searches, bank statements, and business appraisals to make informed lending decisions;
  • Analyse construction/development budgets and appraisals;
  • Prepare and issue loan offers;
  • Protect the company by having a good grasp of its policies, procedures and compliance guidelines and by having a good awareness of risk;
  • Play an integral part in scaling Fiduciam to multi-billion success.

  • A university degree in business, law or economics with solid results;
  • Good writing, analytical and numerical skills;
  • Hands-on, motivated and proactive;
  • An excellent communicator both written and verbal in English and German;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools;
