Job Title: M&E Site Manager / Supervisor Location: Castle Donington, Leicestershire Salary: * Permanent: £50,000 per annum * Contract: £300–£315 per day (Ltd / Umbrella) Contract Type: Permanent or Contract Start Date: Immediate Company: Elite Hire Solutions We are hiring an M&E Site Manager or Supervisor to join an exciting industrial project in Castle Donington. This role suits professionals with a strong electrical background and mechanical understanding, seeking either permanent employment or a contract position. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage day-to-day M&E site operations * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet deadlines * Ensure health & safety and quality standards are upheld at all times * Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, and monitor site compliance * Liaise with the wider project team to manage progress and resolve issues * Assist with M&E installations and support commissioning as required Requirements: * Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager or Supervisor on industrial or commercial projects * Strong electrical background; mechanical knowledge advantageous * Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent) preferred * CSCS card and First Aid (desirable) * Excellent communication and team leadership skills * Ability to read and work from technical drawings and specifications What’s on Offer: * Permanent role: £50,000 per annum * Contract option: £300–£315 per day (Ltd/Umbrella) * Long-term project with potential for extended work * Car, holiday pay, and pension options available * Immediate start available
