Rayleigh, Essex | Full Time| £25,000 Are you a detail oriented professional with a background ideally as a Banker who supports a Corporate Bank Manager or existing Case Manager in business or corporate banking, looking for a stable, non-targeted support role within commercial finance? Join a fast growing, independent commercial finance brokerage specialising in sourcing and structuring tailored business funding solutions across the UK. The Role This is a non-sales, non-targeted support role, perfect for someone with experience in business banking, corporate lending, or an existing commercial brokerage, who enjoys managing the operational and administrative side of client funding cases. You’ll work closely with our commercial brokers, clients, and lenders to ensure that finance applications are accurately prepared, submitted, and progressed efficiently through to completion. Key Responsibilities Support brokers in managing funding cases from initial documentation to lender submission Liaise with clients to gather financials, business information, and supporting documentation Prepare detailed application packs for submission to lenders Maintain clear communication with lenders to follow up on progress, requirements, and next steps Track all case milestones and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Proactively manage case pipelines to ensure timely completions Ensure a smooth, professional client journey from start to finish About You Previous experience in business banking, corporate banking, or a commercial finance brokerage Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator with both clients and financial institutions Familiar with financial documentation such as accounts, bank statements, and management reports Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with a methodical approach Comfortable in a support role, working behind the scenes to help get deals across the line What’s in it for you? £25,000 annual salary Supportive, non-targeted environment Opportunity to develop within a growing commercial finance business Be part of a professional, friendly, and collaborative team If you enjoy the process behind getting business funding delivered and want a stable role where your support makes a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
