This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals with supporting C-Suite Executives and is now ready to take on broader responsibilities, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and administration of decision-making processes.
As the Executive Administrator, you’ll deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Assistant and C-suite Leadership Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive’s office and the effective management of all administrative tasks.
Key tasks will involve:
- managing schedules
- booking travel and preparing travel itineraries
- handling communications
- identifying improvements in office procedures
- providing effective administration to support our corporate governance framework
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Executive Administrator experience (C Suite level ideal but not essential)
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Minute recording and action tracking
- Detail-oriented with great time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
