An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strategic and hands-on Head of SEO to join a high-performing digital team within a well-established global business operating in the digital entertainment sector. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of organic strategy across a diverse portfolio of consumer-facing sites with strong international presence.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (London-based HQ). If located outside of London, they are open to a few days in the office per month.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute organic growth strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and revenue.
- Own all aspects of SEO, including technical audits, on-page optimisation, content alignment, and off-page tactics.
- Manage and grow a team, working cross-functionally with content, product, and acquisition teams.
- Develop and implement scalable link-building plans, with weekly and monthly targets.
- Deliver regular performance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of SEO experience, with recent exposure in a senior/lead role.
- Proven track record in performance-driven sectors (e.g., iGaming, regulated industries, high-traffic platforms).
- Strong technical SEO knowledge (e.g., site architecture, indexing, site speed, structured data).
- Experienced with key tools such as GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Confident communicator and strategist - comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Exposure to multi-market or multilingual platforms is a plus.
