Our client is one of the world's leading construction design consultancies, with a rich history delivering iconic buildings, working with household-name clients, and finding solutions to some of the most complex engineering challenges in the built environment. As such, their stock is high with Blue Chip customers who hold large built portfolios, and want this level of deep advisory expertise on-hand through the life-cycles of their buildings, not just at the design stage.

The asset team advises on building performance, energy management, decarbonisation strategy, PPM, capital expenditure and asset optimisation.

As this team expands, delivering for enterprise customers, airports, sports franchises, listed buildings and many more, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, work-winning RICS professional to join the ranks as part of their growth, becoming part of the leadership team and to take their place in the succession planning of the business.

You will be a knowledgeable building surveyor, able to spot risk & opportunity across a broad portfolio of customers and built assets. You'll be financially literate, a great communicator and a leader of teams. You'll be ambitious, a real work-winner, with a real desire to embed expertise with great customers. You'll be curious, able to spot improvement opportunities for customers, and the chance to deliver new business lines creating win-wins.

In exchange, you'd be joining a consultancy brimming with talent, offering a grown-up environment empowering you to drive your career forwards, with a genuine focus on CPD on excellence in delivery, who offer a great package in terms of salary, benefits and on-going opportunity.

Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
