Creative Artworker Location: Birmingham – Hybrid working Salary: Up to £30k SF Recruitment are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visual Design Specialist to support the creation of engaging and brand-aligned visual content across a variety of platforms for one of our clients. This role is integral to delivering high-quality design solutions that support our marketing and communication efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to produce compelling materials that reflect our visual identity and contribute to our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce a broad range of marketing and communication assets, including brochures, presentations, digital graphics, social media visuals, and web content, in line with brand guidelines. Manage multiple design requests efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy. Keep up to date with design trends and tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency. Present design ideas to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and refining concepts as needed. Maintain well-organised project files and ensure all assets are stored systematically for easy access. Uphold brand consistency across all visual outputs, updating templates and master files as required. Organise and maintain the digital asset library and intranet resources to ensure accessibility and usability across teams. Ensure all creative content complies with relevant legal standards, including copyright, data protection, and trademark regulations. Track and manage design tasks using project management tools such as Trello. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years\’ experience in a graphic design or artworker role, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across print and digital formats. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong grasp of visual design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory
