Some responsibilities of a Sales Associate include:

• Consistently achieving positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Providing excellent customer service
• Upselling when appropriate
• Representing the Clarks brand
• Following policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assisting in store maintenance and merchandising
• Creating a welcoming environment for colleagues
• Completing assigned tasks
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
