Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced TAR Materials Co-ordinator to join their team in Aberdeen. This is an 18 Month contract role (PAYE or Limited Company).

Scope of Work:

  • Reporting to TAR Lead
  • Lead material management for major workscopes, inclusive of the asset planned 2025 & 2026 outages, large maintenance campaigns and specific projects.
  • Work with SPA's to extract the material requirements for workscopes.
  • Build, maintain and report (to all relevant stakeholders) comprehensive materials & 3rd party equipment readiness tracker.
  • Expedite the raising of requisitions and inventory reservations.
  • Expedite material & equipment PO deliveries with assistance of Buyers.
  • Cataloguing for any new Item Master requirements.
  • Receipt & issue PO deliveries and inventory reservations to Hold for shipping as per shipment plan.
  • Bag, tag, box, label, containerise at warehouse, with labels corresponding to materials readiness tracker.
  • Ensure that PUWER documentation is completed and accurate, and 3rd party inspection is carried out where necessary on 3rd party equipment prior to shipment.
  • Arrange deliveries to load out point in line with the agreed TAR phased shipping plan.
  • Execute & communicate backload plan to platform.
  • Ensure that all 3rd party equipment is returned to vendors timeously and any warehouse returns are returned to inventory.
  • Stand-in for leave periods for OMC and mobilise offshore during execution to lead material management where required.
  • Support materials control process upgrades and initiatives.

System Knowledge Required:

  • Maximo knowledge preferred.
