We are now looking for a Cluster Chief Engineer to lead the property maintenance function across two hotel sites. This is a key leadership role, ideal for a hands-on, solutions-driven professional with strong experience in facilities management, people leadership, and capital project delivery in a hospitality environment.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the engineering and maintenance operations across two properties, ensuring a high standard of upkeep, safety, compliance and efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers and maintenance professionals across your hotel cluster.
- Ensure all sites are compliant with H&S, legal, and environmental standards.
- Plan and implement an effective Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and ensure energy efficiency initiatives.
- Oversee capital projects and liaise with external contractors as needed.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate with GMs, operational leaders and support functions to deliver consistent property standards.
- Be proactive in resolving technical issues and delivering a seamless guest experience.

- Previous experience in a senior property or engineering role, ideally within a multi-site or cluster setting.
