The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team. Hybrid work arrangement: 2-3 days onsite per week.
This role involves overseeing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects. It requires a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area to ensure team efficiency. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role supports clients across all media globally. It demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with diverse deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization based on business priorities, and clear communication with clients and internal teams are essential. Regular updates to Team Leaders and Head of Art are also required.
Accountabilities- Take briefs from various business areas and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
- Build positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
- Understand client challenges and priorities to inform project planning.
- Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
- Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
- Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client systems, review, and production processes.
- Ensure projects progress on time and within budget, maintaining daily job status awareness.
- Keep team members updated on project statuses.
- Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
- Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
- Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all necessary assets are available.
- Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
- Manage accounts system, including raising POs for outsourced or freelance work.
- Secure approval for estimates before project commencement.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A strong interest in CG or photography is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn the team's software tools to improve their understanding and confidence in timings. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' spirit.
