The OPC is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of consultancy projects as well as recruitment and selection processes within a business psychology setting.
What You’ll Do:
– Administer psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear, insightful feedback to candidates and our clients
– Deliver 1:1 specialist assessment for individuals following role-related incidents
– Support with client-focused training sessions

OPC Assessment is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to support our growth in the UK and internationally. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and play a hands-on role in shaping innovative psychometric tools and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
– Deliver TUO-A training sessions, helping clients maximise the value of our tools
– Contribute creative ideas to support the growth and diversification of our product range
– Assist in the design and development of cutting-edge psychometric assessments
– Coordinate marketing and business development efforts and manage client orders
– Administer a variety of psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear feedback to candidates and our clients
