After helping my client to land an incredible, industry leading MD, they are now looking to bring in their second in command as they drive the group to the next level.
This business, a rapidly scaling, 40+ head global recruitment brand are now hiring for a new AD / Director of Technology.
In this role, you will work closely with the new MD (who is a tech specialist), focusing on the below
With access to over 200 active clients, you will be responsible for the expansion & operation of their Tech function
There are already 10-hires signed off within the Technology division alone. Together with the board & new MD, you will play a pivotal role in the design and build out the Technology business
Up to £85k base + multiple bonuses + guarantees
Scope to add 10-heads to the Tech division ASAP – remit to bring team along
An incredible database of over 200 active clients for you to tap in to, net new BD is required but there is SO MUCH low hanging fruit to pick up
A rapidly growing brand, who have climbed from 5 to 40+ heads (across the UK & US) in the last 4 yrs
Financial backing to scale your team to a minimum of 10-heads by EOY ‘25
Large financial incentives around scaling both contract & perm
