About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Garment Tech to support our Garment Technology Team through administration and collaboration with designers, manufacturers, and production teams to ensure product quality, fit, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure proto, fit, and Gold Seals meet specifications and brand standards.
2. Support the team with fit comments, specifications, and size charts, communicating clearly with the supply base.
3. Experience with PLM systems is advantageous.
4. Ensure test reports are available at the proto stage for all materials and artwork.
5. Coordinate bulk and garment testing, balancing quality and costs.
6. Conduct wearer trials on new fabrics and styles, taking appropriate actions.
7. Visit warehouses and stores regularly for quality checks and trend assessments.
8. Review quality reports and implement feedback.
9. Coordinate fit reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy.
10. Manage workload according to schedules and critical paths.
11. Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and supply base.
12. Organize department files and keep workstations tidy.
