An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled HR Analyst to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team supporting one of the UK's leading aerospace organisations. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and is confident managing a wide range of administrative tasks. A strong background in customer service (both verbal and written) is essential, as you’ll be handling queries from internal stakeholders and employees on various HR and payroll-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and process HR transactions via Workday and SAP
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll-related data input and reporting
  • Manage and resolve employee and manager queries via email and phone
  • Monitor system interfaces and manually process exceptions
  • Support continuous improvement projects related to Workday and payroll tools
  • Assist with documentation, data validation, and compliance activities

Key skills & experience:

  • Experience in a busy office environment, handling a broad range of administrative tasks
  • Strong data input and analysis skills, ideally in a payroll or HR setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday and/or SAP preferred)
  • Good knowledge of Google Suite applications
