What You Will Do

As a Planner at Johnson Controls, your role is crucial in supporting our branch Installation Teams. You'll ensure our engineers stay busy and appointments run smoothly. You'll work closely with Field Line Managers to tackle any issues and keep customer no-shows to a minimum.

How You Will Do It

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls across the UK
  • Boost engineer productivity by planning their schedules and ensuring they have everything they need
  • Use our resources efficiently, including subcontractors, to minimize delays
  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials for customer visits, working with suppliers to meet customer expectations
  • Assist field activities by providing job details to engineers, processing payments for additional services, and scheduling follow-up visits
