About the Company
We are a universal API integrations platform sold to Mid-Market and Enterprise SaaS vendors. With a powerhouse team of ex-Google, Microsoft, Oracle, Coinbase, and JP Morgan talent, we've raised over $24M from top-tier investors and rapidly scaled to a global team of 20+. As we continue to grow and disrupt the SaaS space, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our sales efforts, introduce our platform to potential customers, and book meetings with key decision-makers.

You’ll be at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge platform to leaders in the SaaS industry. Your role will involve prospecting, nurturing leads, and leveraging your understanding of complex technical products to explain the value of our integrations clearly. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and contribute directly to our sales pipeline, helping shape the future of the company as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Outreach Strategy: Lead the design and execution of outreach strategies across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate and qualify leads. Use a blend of personalisation and technical knowledge to effectively engage with prospects in the HR tech and SaaS sectors.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and manage relationships with potential customers, keeping them engaged throughout the sales cycle. Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner to secure meetings and drive conversions.
- Technical Product Understanding: Understand and communicate the value of our platform, including our integrations and how they fit within different tech stacks. Be prepared to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to prospects who may not have a deep technical background.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and report on key metrics such as response rates, lead quality, and meeting success rates. Continuously optimise outreach efforts using data to refine your strategy and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or HR tech industries. Track record of successfully engaging prospects and booking meetings, with a focus on technical product sales.
- Technical Mindset: Comfortable discussing complex products and technical integrations, with the ability to simplify concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-Starter & Independent: Comfortable working remotely and managing your time independently in a hybrid work environment. Highly motivated with a desire to hit sales targets and grow within the company.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with decision-makers and prospects at all levels.
- Detail-Oriented & Organised: Strong organisational skills with a focus on keeping track of prospects, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth outreach process.
- Passionate About Sales & Growth: A genuine passion for sales, eager to take on challenges, learn, and develop new skills as the company grows.
