Who we are looking for A Project Office Analyst, who will support the delivery of Project Management Office (PMO) services and have a demonstrable understanding of both PMO and Project Management Delivery.
This role involves having a flair for data analysis. You will be involved with the development of reporting across Technology, therefore exceptional stakeholder management is key. You will also be ensuring the delivery of projects within the PMO from requirements gathering through to delivery, ensuring adherence to plans.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Commercial experience and/or qualifications in P30, project management methodology including PRINCE2 or AgilePM.
Strong Microsoft Skills including Excel and Project Office.
Experience using Power BI.
Ability to network effectively, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical thinking to simplify and resolve possible challenges, processes or projects into component parts exploring and evaluating them systematically.
Self-motivation to operate with minimal supervision and as a member of a team, whilst managing competing priorities.
Supporting and improving the department’s management control and reporting system and ensuring that it is delivered to a high quality and against the agreed PMO reporting schedule.
Maintaining the department’s process and policy library, ensuring these are reviewed regularly and changes are clearly communicated, as well as ensuring periodic reading reviews are completed.
Developing and producing repeatable and ad-hoc management information associated with the delivery portfolios and delivery lifecycles including KPI information.
Understanding data analysis within multiple disciplines including migration, integration, BI, reporting, cleansing and conversion.
Conducting trend analysis within reports and datasets to support ad-hoc data requests from departmental management and the wider Technology management audience.
Leading on the capturing of system and functional analysis where this is required to evolve and change the Project Office and SharePoint systems and processes.
Documenting analysis requirements appropriately with internal technology stakeholders and the wider business.
Helping to co-ordinate and test internal change within PMO.
