Location: Central London

Office days: 3d/week in office

The core objective of this position is to support the Head of Product Development in cultivating a pipeline of successful new offerings that will significantly enhance business performance. Working across a diverse portfolio of personal care and beauty brands, you will be responsible for generating impactful consumer insights, as well as novel product concepts.

A key part of your role will be ensuring the successful launch of these new products in collaboration with Marketing, Research & Development, Procurement, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive global and local innovation initiatives, including long-term planning and delivering new products across our personal care, healthcare, and beauty brand portfolio.
  • Crafting compelling innovation strategies and pipeline, conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunity, testing innovative ideas with consumers, and assessing financial viability (Gross Margin).

Experience:

  • Likely possesses 3-5 years of prior experience working within a Regional or International business.
  • Preferably a Junior Innovation Manager, or a Marketer with extensive experience in consumer goods (personal care and beauty).
  • Demonstrated track record in contributing to the delivery of strategic new product development that shows measurable success.
  • Able to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrates commercial and financial awareness.
