The Role
The core objective of this position is to support the Head of Product Development in cultivating a pipeline of successful new offerings that will significantly enhance business performance. Working across a diverse portfolio of personal care and beauty brands, you\’ll be responsible for generating impactful consumer insights, as well as novel product concepts.
A key part of your role will be ensuring the successful launch of these new products in collaboration with Marketing, Research & Development, Procurement, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Drive global and local innovation initiatives, including long-term planning and delivering new products across our personal care, healthcare, and beauty brand portfolio.
- Crafting compelling innovation strategies and pipeline, conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunity, testing innovative ideas with consumers, and assessing financial viability (Gross Margin).
Experience:
- Likely possesses 3-5 years of prior experience working within a Regional or International business.
- Preferably a Junior Innovation Manager, or a Marketer with extensive experience in consumer goods (personal care and beauty).
- Demonstrated track record in contributing to the delivery of strategic new product development that shows measurable success.
- Able to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Demonstrates commercial and financial awareness.
