Key Duties- Listening to patients and providing clear, helpful advice, explaining suitable products and offers while understanding NHS procedures and maintaining high standards.
- Dispensing lenses (single vision, bi-focal, varifocal).
- Carrying out pre-screening examinations and collaborating with the team in daily clinic operations.
- Taking measurements and supporting patients with collections, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and accuracy of frames.
- Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the patient journey and contributing to the success of the retail team.
