My client is an education sector catering specialist who operate throughout the UK, providing freshly prepared food to primary & secondary schools and colleges.

The role will be based mainly in and around The Northeast from Newcastle down to Shefield and the surrounding areas managing 3 Operations Managers.

My client is looking for someone who shares their passion about ensuring that the students are provided with nutritious and delicious food, while also inspiring them to lead a healthier lifestyle.

  • Providing direct management and support to the Operations team
  • Managing budgets and costs effectively to achieve all targets
  • Ensuring food quality and standards of service are met
  • Completing audits, action plans and reviews
  • Building strong and productive relationships with your clients
  • Ensuring all HSE and Food Safety requirements are met

My client is looking for;

  • Experience as an Operations Manager within Education or B&I
  • Be innovative and creative and strive for excellence.
  • A great track record of fabulous client relationships
  • Be naturally outgoing and vibrant displaying a passion for all things food and customer service
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge

Salary – up to £57,000, Company Car, 12% Bonus Scheme
