As a Shift Leader, you will support the management team in running the store, including coaching staff, ensuring food quality, delivering excellent customer service, cash handling, training, enforcing policies, marketing, sales building, sanitation, and leading by example.

You should be able to:

• Move or transport up to 50 lbs
• Work 38-40 hours per week
• Have reliable transportation
• Lead by example in food quality, customer interaction, and appearance
• Manage and lead a team of 2-5 people
• Perform opening and closing tasks, bake bread, and perform prep work
• Proficient in slicing

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe Food Handler certification, and being 18+ to operate the slicer.
