Mobile Service Technician

About The Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will regularly travel to different locations to maintain and repair generators ranging from 20KVA to 1250KVA, along with other equipment within our range. Your responsibilities include providing onsite service to customers, identifying and documenting machine damage, and maintaining accurate service and maintenance records. Effective communication is essential to keep your Line Manager and customers informed.

You will work alongside colleagues as a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while complying with company procedures and processes.

To succeed as a Mobile Service Technician, you should have:

• Prior experience in the generator industry or a similar field
• The ability to work well as part of a team and support colleagues
• Flexibility and self-motivation, with a willingness to undertake training and occasional overnight stays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-focused attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
