Finatal are working with a Pan-European Private Equity Fund who are looking to add a new Investment Associate to their high-performing team. They typically focus on investing in high-growth sectors and companies and this hire will look specifically at software companies across Continental Europe. The successful candidate will have experience in software investment processes either as an investor already or from an M&A background and have a strong interest in the sector.
The Role:
- Assessment and execution of potential private equity investments
- Existing or be able to develop a network in Germany and surrounding regions within the software space
- Confidence and displaying of detailed diligence for presenting to Investment Committee
