Join Gallagher as a Pensions Administrator within our dynamic Pensions Operations team. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Coordinate a diverse portfolio of occupational pension schemes, including DB, DC, and Hybrid pensions, with precision and efficiency.
- Manage the full pension lifecycle, performing both automated and manual calculations.
- Draft correspondence and reports, run pensioner payrolls, and support the Client Executive team.
- Provide outstanding service to scheme members, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
- Liaise with scheme members through various channels, addressing queries and providing solutions.
- Assist the Team Leader and Client Executive team as needed, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and build positive relationships with supporting teams.
We are seeking candidates with experience in defined benefit pension scheme administration. Ideal candidates should also be able to demonstrate a willingness to study or be currently pursuing the Pension Management Institute’s CPC qualification.
Crucial: Strong analytical skills, logical problem-solving approach, accurate data processing, and effective communication with clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a team-oriented approach are also important attributes for success in this position.
