Overview

Join our team at Holme Lacy, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This Grade I listed 181-bedroom hotel in Herefordshire has a theatre, spa, two restaurants, and a coffee shop, all set in 20 acres of green fields. Hourly rate: Up to £12.71 dependent on age. Warner Hotels is looking for dedicated Lifeguards to join our vibrant team at Warner Hotels and help us provide a fun and safe environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of guests in and around swimming areas
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun atmosphere
• Execute rescue techniques and administer first aid as needed
• Educate guests about pool safety rules and regulations
• Able to swim a minimum of 100 meters
• Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department
• Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy

• Enthusiastic individuals, who have a genuine passion for leisure
• Great customer service skills
• Able to pick up new skills quickly
• Someone who will engage with the guests and host activities to ensure guests can enjoy their holiday to the full
