Job Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company\’s products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve more complex customer complaints or inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to improve customer service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Prior experience in a customer service advisor role, preferably within the business services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and online tools.
