The predicted salary is between 160000 - 180000 £ per year.

This is a Director level role with a salary of £160,000 - £180,000 plus a 20% bonus. Location: London, 2-3 days in the office plus international travel as required.

This role will focus on Rating and Pricing platforms. We need someone who knows how to use these platforms, possibly an ex-actuary or pricing specialist, who can set and drive the strategy and vision while ensuring compatibility with tech capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for Global Product ownership of GRS business objectives within the Underwriting Domain for Agile Products spanning the core capabilities of all Risk Assessment, Coverage, Rating and Pricing technology capability.
  • Work closely with Underwriting, Actuarial and Data teams on engaging with those capabilities and the flow of data between linked capabilities.
  • Articulate and translate the overall Underwriting business vision into a Global digital strategy.
  • Oversee Agile product teams and ensure they are appropriately resourced and focused.
  • Directly manage a team of Product Managers and oversee their respective Agile teams and stakeholders.
  • Accountable for outcomes and key results (OKRs) tied directly to their Portfolio’s aligned strategic objectives.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and overall progress against objectives using agile methodology.
