Your Role
- Act as Employers Agent, overseeing projects from inception to completion
- Manage employer’s requirements, contracts, and procurement processes
- Liaise with clients, developers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in construction project management (consultancy)
- Employers Agent and contract administration experience
- Residential new build experience (high-rise preferred)
- RICS-accredited degree, MRICS/MCIOB or working towards
