Your Role

  • Act as Employers Agent, overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Manage employer’s requirements, contracts, and procurement processes

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years’ experience in construction project management (consultancy)
  • Employers Agent and contract administration experience
  • Residential new build experience (high-rise preferred)
  • RICS-accredited degree, MRICS/MCIOB or working towards
