Managing Director – Business Development – Private Equity Coverage and M&A Our client, a global advisory firm, is seeking a driven professional to join its Business Development team. This client-facing role is central to identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and supporting the growth of both new and repeat business. The Company A leading advisory firm specialising in risk advisory with global footprint headquarted in London. Their work supports high-stakes decision-making across deals, partnerships, and complex legal or regulatory challenges. Clients include private equity firms, M&A houses, corporates, and legal teams navigating transactional and strategic risks in global markets. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential new clients; re-engage dormant accounts. Lead client relationship management across active and long-term projects. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client work. Actively support the development and execution of business development initiatives. Requirements Proven experience engaging with private equity deal teams or similar client bases. Background in consultancy, banking, or law. Strong network within Private Equity, M&A houses and the wider investment community Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work across international teams. Location: London-based, with flexibility to work with global clients.
