You will coordinate with further assistants to manage tasks and events also on evenings and weekends. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be well-organised and comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf, and working in different time zones. Lastly, you should be able to manage reporting of teams to the Executive.
