Security Engineer – FTC Salary: £60k to £80k (based on candidate experience) Package: Excellent Bonus + Company Benefits + Pension Scheme Job Type: FTC – 1 year Hybrid Model: 3 days per week in Central London, 2 days remote Sector: Professional Services (previous experience required) About the Client and the Role: My client, a globally renowned law firm, seeks a highly experienced Security Engineer on a fixed-term contract basis for one year. The Engineer will act as a key figure in ensuring all security requirements are met and maintained to the highest standard within their large, mostly on-premises financial environment. Key Responsibilities: Lifecycle management of security, covering tools and technology platforms Supporting and managing security tools e.g. EDR, Anti-Virus, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Defender Azure, M365, Windows Strong Knowledge with routing and switching technologies (WAN), Network Access Control, Cisco, and Palo Alto Implementation & integration of security technologies (MFA Gateway) Use case development and onboarding for Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) Maintain software version and patch management for security products CORE SKILLS: EDR, Antivirus, SentinelOne, CyberArk, NAC, Cisco, Palo Alto, MFA gateway.
