Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor | Surrey | Infrastructure UPB is recruiting for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be required to undertake commercial duties on a civil engineering project in Epsom, Surrey.
