Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook high-quality meals following established recipes * Present dishes to a high standard in both taste and appearance * Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation at all times * Collaborate with the team on menu planning and introduce new culinary ideas * Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper food rotation * Adhere to portion control and support cost-efficiency * Support, train and guide junior kitchen staff * Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained * Keep up-to-date with food trends and techniques Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment * Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail * Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards * Creative flair with a passion for food innovation * Team player with great communication skills * Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure 💷 Rate of Pay: £15.00 per hour 📍 Location: Scottish Highlands 📆 Contract Type: Temporary Holiday Cover If you’re looking to combine your culinary career with an exciting lifestyle, we want to hear from you
