Role: Finance Project Lead - Transformation Programme

Location: Derby (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £80,000

Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term

Key Projects You'd Lead:

  • Finance System Replacement - Overhauling the core finance system for better efficiency and reporting.
  • Billing Transformation - Implementing a new system to streamline payments and customer interaction.
  • Repairs Accounting Integration - Enhancing financial oversight of repairs & maintenance.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the Finance Director with a dotted line into the Director of Transformation, ideal for someone with finance transformation, system migration, and stakeholder management experience.
