This role involves loading and unloading of vehicles, sortation and scanning of parcels into cages/collars. This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity after a successful 12 weeks of service, with competitive pay from £11.55 – £12.05 per hour. A Night Shift Warehouse Operative rate is £12.50 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £12.76 per hour.

Shift timings: Sunday AM – 03:00 start.

Responsibilities

• Unloading parcels from trailers
• Placing parcels onto a conveyor belt
• Scanning and sorting of parcels with handling/lifting of items of all sizes and weight
• Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Ensure scanning with the handheld terminal is completed accurately
• Accurate completion of any relevant paperwork
• Keeping work areas clean and tidy
