About the Role: The Enterprise Account Manager will strategically manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level clients primarily in the UK market, focusing on maximizing value through enhanced customer engagement, effective solution implementation, and proactive account expansion. You will act as the main liaison between the customer and various internal teams, ensuring seamless integration, consistent performance, and sustained customer satisfaction, driving long-term client retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize client success and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
  • Conduct regular strategic reviews to optimize solution use and customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate product trials and evaluations to drive further client adoption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for resolving customer issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to address client feedback effectively.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and client records in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in the telematics industry, or software solutions for the transportation sector.
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and contract renewals.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at various levels, including C-Level.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
