Job Summary
The Office of Development within Auburn University’s College of Human Sciences is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Student Assistant! Reporting directly to the CHS Development staff, the selected candidate will support a variety of essential functions, including administrative tasks, data management, event coordination, and other responsibilities as assigned. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, professional environment!

Essential Functions
- Donor stewardship including thank you notes, filming basic videos, and other outreach efforts
- Data entry of event, donor, and historical information
- Assisting with event planning and follow-up

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled Auburn University student in good academic standing
- An interest in learning about philanthropy or fundraising
- Ability to work very occasional evenings or weekends (1-3/semester)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to work 10-12 hours per week
