An outstanding opportunity has become available to join a highly regarded law firm, renowned for providing expert legal advice to both businesses and individuals. As the firm’s Credit Hire department continues to grow, they are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to carry out thorough investigations on Credit Hire cases.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of credit hire files, working closely with a Technical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience handling credit hire cases and be adept at managing complex matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in managing a litigated Credit Hire caseload
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree/LPC is desirable
- Skilled in meeting deadlines, prioritising, and handling varied workloads
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong legal acumen and leadership skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
